It doesnt work. Dont use it! I STRONGLY encourage you to read the reviews before you waste your hard earned cash. Just take the classes at petco!I agree with the don't waste your cash. My mom and step dad tried it and it doesn't work.this works really well for me - it gets my dog's attention when nothing else will - even treats
