Pet memorial question?
I would like to know of a cheap way to make grave markers for my pets who have passed on. There are about 7 of them plus all of the other pets we have.
We want stones that can be personalized that are under $ 15 each. If this is impossible, does anyone know of any ways to make cheaper grave markers that will last a long time?
And we want them to be garden memorial stones not headstones. The grave markers need to be pretty small too.
Some rocks you find at a beach/lake, a few small paint brushes and some small bottles of exterior paint. Nothing says I miss you like making your own!
the paint brushes and paint can usually be found in the craft section.If you go to the funeral place or whatever it is called where they do headstones, sometimes they will have a broken piece of stone they will do up for you, all you have to pay for is the engraving and you can get them cut into all different shapes.This is impossible. I found a GREAT seller for great prices. I got my dog one for $ 90.00
You should get a universal one. This person will personalize them just the way you want. You can list their names and put a picture of a little cartoon dog with wings or something.

I think I did see somewhere regular rocks that they put pets names on. I cant remember which cite I saw them on though. I do know I googled "pet memorial stones".Well, I don't know of any store bought garden memorial stones under $ 15 and can be personalized............ But,.......... they sell some little kits at "super-stores" (such as K-Mart, Target, Walmart, etc....) what u do is make the mix thing and place the result liquid in the mold............... you can probably carve it as its drying/baking/whatever or once it's completely finished............... i dont know the price range, instructions, etc but i've seen them before but wasn't too curious to go and read the box........... :) Good Luck Finding Your Memorial Stones And Take Care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- ♥Animal Lover♥Sorry for your loss...You have several options. You can make them yourself....Use quickcrete from Home Depot and pour into molds that you can make by digging into mud. Soften some dirt with a bit of water...create the shape you want for your headstone (I would suggest a large bone shape for the doggies) and then pour your quickcrete into the dirt mold. When the quickcrete is soft set you can scratch their names and info into it.
